Someone said to me that i can click sometihng inside of the email sent to me from the sender that gives me that option but i really couldnt find it. It’s not a subscription if that what the person meant. It’s just a person i know that has my email adress. Maybe i didn’t look well enough? I’m not good at this stuff.

The link at the bottom explains how to block mail from a specific sender, though there are limits. I’ve cut-and-pasted the instructions here, the original link is below.

Block or allow messages from specific senders and domains

When you receive mail from people who aren’t already a contact or on your Safe senders list, you can decide whether to allow or block future messages from that sender. To always allow mail from certain senders, you can specify e-mail addresses or domains (The part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign, such as msn or hotmail.) that should never be classified as junk e-mail (Unwanted, unsolicited, or illicit e-mail or other electronic messages, including spam.) senders. To help reduce junk e-mail, you can block messages from specific e-mail addresses or from an entire domain.

Allow or block e-mail from a specific sender
    1. Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID (The e-mail address and password that you use to sign in to Windows Live programs and services such as Windows Live Hotmail and Windows Live Messenger; Microsoft services such as Xbox, MSN, and Office Live; and anywhere else that you see the Windows Live ID logo.) .
    2. Open your Inbox, and then double-click the message that you want to allow or block.
    3. Do one of the following:
    - If the sender isn’t on your list of Safe senders but you want to add the sender to the list, click Mark as safe.
    - If the sender isn’t on your list of Safe senders and you want to delete this message and block any future mail from the sender, click Mark as unsafe.
