Could you help me … how could I make email which I send to many people… but the people who receive my mail fell that I send mail special to him/her ??

Don’t start with dear friend/consumer or dear -some generic term-. And don’t send an obviously generic message, or one that is too formal. Depending on the recipients in general, change the tone to make the email sound private.

If you’re using a popular mail client like Hotmail, Yahoo!, or GMail, then you’ll have an extra feature in the Send section. It must be called ‘BCC’.
Just enter the contacts in the BCC: field of the Send section and then leave the To: field empty.
When the receiver opens your letter, he will see only his e-mail address in the To: section.
