I placed an order on a website in April and I still haven’t received it. I tried emailing the site several times but no one has gotten back to me. Is there like a Better Business Bureau of the internet I can contact?

i have a contact in my msn, who keeps emailing me with crap…no how do i add their email to the block list in hotmail so it goes straight to the junk email? ive tried clicking on this is junk when i read it, but i still get her emails (maybe because she is on my msn??) .
how do i also do the same with yahoo email? so send a specific address to my junk mail?

My emails to these 3 groups cannot be sent. I have been emailing these groups of recipients for more than 3 years and did not receive such a msg not had any problem before.
