What do I do if I placed an order on a online store a few months back and I still haven’t received it?



I placed an order on a website in April and I still haven’t received it. I tried emailing the site several times but no one has gotten back to me. Is there like a Better Business Bureau of the internet I can contact?

    If you paid by credit card, contact the credit card company, explain your situation and ask for a charge back

    if you didn’t pay by credit card, you are probably out of luck.
