mass emailing

This guy that I approached on an online dating website almost three weeks ago still hasn’t asked me for my number or to go on a date. So I told him after day 12 what is his purpose on match if he is not going to go for it-he told me that he was going to take his profile down-then once January got here he said women started winking and emailing him–So even though he knew that he was going to be extremley busy in Jan and Feb–he left it up anyway–I kept talking to him–I think I am into him–then yesterday–I started reading ‘he’s just not that into you’ and everthing about this guy went against anything the book had to say about men–so I emailed him and told him the following–I take back being your friend again, What was I thinking? I thought you had potential with me–too bad–good luck–then he sends me this email saying that he was going to ask me for my number that day–and blah blah, I told him-yeah after you got my email you say that now–then we ended up talking on instant
messaging and we talked for like two hours and he still never asked me for my number–I feel like I want to get to know him more, but I do not want to become friends with him over emails and then **** him when I meet him—So I do not know what to do–I need opinions from men and women–thank you so much
by the way he has like 12 pictures of himself on his profile–I think he looks great!

emailing

I work for a small HVAC company that is wanting to send out a monthly newsletter to our customers that have given us their emails. I have created a new account on yahoo for this purpose only and have started entering email addresses, but was just told by someone else that if you send more than 25 contacts an email at once, they will automatically go into the spam box of recipients. Is this true? If so, how can it be avoided?

I participated as a vendor in a local bridal show and was provided with access to a list of all the brides who registered with their contact information – including email addresses. I’m sure this is pretty common but I am having major issues pulling the emails out of the file they provided and putting it into the BCC field in my email message.

They provide the list in the following formats:
.csv – quote/comma delimited text file
.tab – tab delimited text file
.xls – an Excel spreadsheet format
.dif – a Data Interchange Format file

I am working on a Mac so I’ve tried both the pdf and Excel spreadsheet but it is in a table format so I can highlight and paste the email addresses but they drop into word still as a list like this
janedoe@aol.com
johndoe@yahoo.com
janedoe@yahoo.com

So the return after each address is causing problems when I try to email it. I need each one to have only a comma after it. Has anyone had to do something like this and solved the problem somehow? Are you familiar with the other formats and how to manipulate them? HELP!

If I have all the people i need to email in an excel file is there an easy way to send an email with out typing all 1600 email’s in the cc field. I tried to copy and paste but that does not work.

There are these small boxes of video commercials on my Yahoo email homepage and they keep poping up and delay me from reading or sending my email messages. Please tell me how to stop this.
