How do you do a mass mailing? How do you edit templates? On Microsoft word. Also how do you do an email blast to an entire address book?
Also how do you edit templates in Outloook?

on the top of word, go to ‘Tools’ then ‘Letters and Mailings’ then ‘Mail Merge’… it will walk you through the process. you will most likely have to have an address list already in a word or excel document which you can draw from….
and for the email, there a little picture on the top of the word document that looks like an envelope… you can use that, press ‘To’ and your address book will appear (if its microsoft outlook you use) not sure about yahoo or aol or gmail… hope this helped
