mass emailing

Why do I get a daily limit on emailing others in Answers?

I was trying to email but it said I reached my limit. Whats the reason for that nonsense??

There are all types of limits on YA. Even at Level 7, you are limited to 1000 emails. At the lower levels, I’m sure it has something to do with not wanting spammers, bots and trolls to harass people.
