I have a good idea, what do I do with it?

Ok, I have a good idea for a product, and I really think it would do well. The thing is, It’s a somewhat complex thing, most likely involving a collaberation between two companies, and I’m not even a legal adult yet. Don’t think it’s something stupid though. It has to do with software for a major handheld system. I’ve tried emailing the company that makes the system, but they just say they don’t allow un-solicited ideas. What should I do? Should I just give up, or should I persue this?
Thanks…
Josh

That is a good idea, but by the time I am old enough to get this anywhere both the software idea and the handheld will be obsolete… =(

What can I do if I bought something online and the co. says the money didnt go through?

I ordered something online for my boyfriends birthday. I placed the order and got a receipt and confirmartion and all. Day after got an email from the company saying the money didnt go through and if i wanted to place the order again to get in touch via email. I called my bank and they said the charge showed as pending but the money had been put aside already from my balance.
Ive been emailing the online place for 4 days and dont get an answer… what should i do?

How do I send a mass email without the contacts being visible, and so nobody can respond to my email?

spanaki asked:

I am having a party, and I want to send a mass email (Yahoo) to about 70 of my contacts. BUT:
(1) I don’t want the 70 recipients to be visible in my email.
(2) AND I don’t want anyone able to reply to or make comment to my invite list.
How do I do that??

How do you get government offices to respond to my email?

Matthew T asked:

By email, I, as the president of a incorporated nonprofit, have offered State Social Services offices in 48 states a free website that may help their clients with information on how to set up a checking account, etc. They may or may not find the website relevant but at least they should send an acknowledgment. The name and their title appears in the subject line, it is NOT a mass emailing, and there are no attachments. Out of 48, only six responded with a thank you. Why don’t they respond at all? Is there anything else I could have done to show it wasn’t spam or ****?
I know people are skeptical of email but I did everything I thought I could possibly do. Their title and name in the subject. No attachments. And not a mass emailing. These are not volunteers, they are paid staff.

Hey, I got a flash thought. Put a cc to the governors office. Would that work?
State government, not federal.

Email does not ask any question. Just says here is a good website, then describes what it does, then says use it as you see fit.

What did the LIve Earth show make you aware of?

Was it the need to address global warming? If so, couldn’t that have been done much more effciently by a mass-email and direct mail campaign where everyone would be told why we need to address global warming? How about giving everyone free copies of Al Gore’s book and movie? Wouldn’t that have been more effcient than 22 hours of music mixed with statements like If you want to save the world, jump up and down!?

If you learned something more specific, what did you learn? And, were you unable to learn that from a quick google search?

Email with Outlook question?

How do I get a new send email address in Outlook. I have a mass email campaign that I want to go out but I don’t want the people recieving it to see my name – I want it to reflect my company’s name. Is that possible? Also, on the Help page in Outlook, it doesn’t list any numbers to contacting them. Anyone know thier number?
