How do I get my group’s email addresses out of Access into a group emailing?

I need the email addresses in a format which will work in Outlook, Yahoo mail, or Netscape Mail. I’d rather not have to type them into the address book individually. A little help please?

With the right tools installed in Microsoft office you can import addresses from Access directly into Microsoft Outlook. Also, you can export the table you have in Access into a CSV file (comma separated value) file. Once you have the file, you can import the values into Outlook. Once again, you need to have the right options installed in the Microsoft Office Suite software on your computer.
