How to start on a 6-7 meal plan to lose fat/gain mass, I’m not active at night?!?



If I start the 6-7 meal a day plan, What is an example of a 6-7 meal plan list? type it in for me please when you email me. When I eat 7 times a day, do I have to exercise each time? I do cardio in the morning and that’s it.

    the diet i’m trying to adapt to consists of a variety of fruits and veggies and lots of h2o- breakfast- fruit/veg snack – lunch – fruit/veg snack -dinner… only eat when ur hungry and never portion bigger than ur fist is what i heard. don’t overdo the exercise–once in the am is good. i do the gym an hour every morning but it’s only recommended 3-5 days out of the week.
