they keep trying to get me to add them to my msn?

almost every day when i log into msn i get atleast 10 requests to have people i dont even know try and get me to add them to my list, and all of them have the ending @hotmail.fr, even when i check my hotmail i get strange emails from emails with that same ending (fr) i have opened one and it did not have any advertising in it ,just a couple of paragraphs of words written in another language. what could this be and why wont it go away, i hvae tried emailing them back but i never get a reply.

Its French. FR as in FRance…
For some reason people from France want to talk to you. Go translate it on Google Translate, if you want them to go away use Google Translate, type in a polite leave me alone and select translate from English to French, problem solved.

I’m not sure what (fr) means, aether, it may mean Foreign? But here is a suggestion, first go to your MSN e-mail properties, make sure you block out all unwanted e-mails…also on your messenger you have a spot to do this too,,,
if all else fails send an e-mail to MSN directly, explain your problem to them and they will have the answer.
If it continues even after your e-mail to msn call there 800 number.
I really love msn too…shhh don’t tell yahoo, but I do!! I hope this helps you!!! I really believe it’s all spam…also in your e-mail, check that as spam, your computer will pick up on that!!
