  1. Amy L Says:

    density is mass over volume so you do mass/volume and divide

  2. Ivy Says:

    well it depends in what unit you have to get density…..usually is g/cm3 or kg/m3
    When calculating put mass value in grams or kilograms as well as volume in cm3 (cubic) or m3

  3. RainbowSky Says:

    To find the mass you need to multiply volume times density
    To find the density you need to do mass divided by volume
    To find the volume you need to divide mass by density
    m=d*v
    v=m/d
    d=m/v

  4. JRay Says:

    I’m not quite sure exactly what you’re asking here, but the formula to find Density is D=M/V. So Density equals Mass divided by Volume.

    00.00053 could possible be the right answer; it depends on what you are trying to find the density of.

  5. noel23_del Says:

    1) density=mass/vol

    2) mass= kg

    3) vol = dimension* dim* dim ..so dim^3 or cm^3( for eg)

    4) therfore.. density = kg/cm^3 or kgcm^-3
