probably because of your picture

If it makes you feel better, lots of Japanese people approach me about things in English. I think it helps to not feel offended, and rather be flattered by the fact that they’re willing to ask you. You should be pleased that people are interested in your culture and language!
You can also tell them that just because you’re Japanese doesn’t mean you’re very good at translating or explaining things.
I know you’re frustrated, but try not to let it bother you too much. It’s a valuable skill that you have. Don’t let it make you want to alienate the people who admire you

In my case, NO. That’s because of my picture or avatar, lol

Maybe people mistake you for being friendly.
The fact is, you don’t speak Japanese do you?
You say in your profile Hai, I am Sakuranbo, which means Cherry Blossom in English. Do you really think any Japanese person would get that wrong?
sakura = cherry blossom
sakuranbo = cherry fruit
How embarrassing!
You are an impostor.
And, your question isn’t a question it is a rant.

Im in Germany right know, im staying here for a year, and people always ask me what stuff is in German. I find it annoying to but sometimes its fun to answer.

Because they want to know stuff and Japanese and people can be really cheap….
I get the same problem with 3 languages… Two of which I barely speak and I can only fluently read one!

I’m japanese but I don’t have this kind of problems, probably people in my country(Italy) aren’t so interested in learning japanese. It happens to me only once a week on average, so it’s not annoying.

Hai means yes in Japanese, NOT Hello
Why don’t you try changing your avatar, maybe people won’t be asking you for help that you don’t exactly have the skills for.
Just say nihongo wa watashi ni muzukashi-desu!!!!

I have people asking me how to say things in English when I am in Japan and how to say things in Japanese when I am in America. I think if people are interested in learning about another culture is a good thing.
I am confused your Japanese seems a bit strange though as others have pointed out. So I am not sure if it is your English translation which is poor or you are not really a native Japanese. But whatever the reason is my opinion is the same you should be happy that others seek you guidance. I hope you give them accurate info.

You have the picture of a Japanese girl on your profile, and there are a lot of lonely geeks out there.
Please take time to think about that.
Hope that helps.
