How do you add the BCC option in Outlook for Windows XP?

Sending mass email for work, want to use BCC, email only shows TO and CC options- how can I can the BCC option??

    There should be a link or a button that shows the BCC field.
    Or there should be a setting in the options.
    In Outlook 2007, the BCC field is just below the CC field.

    I haven’t used Outlook for a long time.
