What is the correct etiquette for emailing a doctor?

I have to email my doctor and don’t know how to address him and sign off. Is it Dear Dr Smith Yours sincerely, or regards etc? HELP!

I’m sorry that this isn’t an answer, but how on Earth did you get your doctor to give you the email address? I’ve never had a doctor who would do that.

Yes you have it right. I always just write Sincerely,
