how does one go about emailing video? like from a digital camera?

Is there a certain program? I know how to upload pics off the camera but the videos I’m not sure. Is it easier to just make a personal website for that purpose, like to communicate with long distance family?

if it is a video, it should already be in a format on the camera, then just email it as an attachment. setting up a website would be better if you had like 5 videos a week because websites take matinence and you have to get a domain name and host it and such.
