Is it a Violation of the TOS if I call Bush a Mass Murderer? Am I a criminal?
Posted by admin | Filed under Politics
I’ve often compared Bush to the likes of a mass murderer based on his lying to the public and witholding information from our legislative bodies that would have placed serious questions as to the validity of a preemptive attack.
I can’t imagine how many times I have seen the same assesment and conclusion by many others here on Yahoo.
I recieved an email today from someone who disagree’s, they have reported me to Yahoo and the FBI. They think I am a threat to the president and I have violated the TOS.
Did I?

I believe the reason you have been told not to use that term is because it is a blanket statement.
I know people of the Muslim faith that are every bit as loving and peaceful as most Buddhists I have met.
I would therefore agree, making a statement such as what you did is in violation.
Mine, however was directed at an individual that is a public figure.

Although I don’t agree with you, I do support freedom of speech and your right to make your opinion known. You did not place a personal threat so I’m not understanding why someone would report you to the FBI. I believe that people tend to go way overboard with their emotional outrage on this forum.
That violation button is overused.

You are being dishonest when you say that but it is not a crime or against Y!A’s TOS to say that…………..

I don’t think you are a criminal just a person with an opinion, however, I would have used a different choice of words. You are entitled to your opinion and there’s nothing wrong with that. Have a great night.

Sometimes, out of safety, people are reported when they are seen banging their heads unusually hard against the brick wall in front of them. It looks really painful.
Most people climb the wall and keep moving on.
Good luck.

No, you are a just a critic to the bush adminisration.Bush is not a mass murderer, he is just an annihilator of the iraqis. but to be fair he must be heard in the international court to be judged, perhaps he might have some reasons for doing so.

I have herd of people going to jail for saying words like that against the President. Bad choice of words. There is free speech, but one should not abuse it. That is when it goes wrong and someone gets offended. No matter if you agree or do not agree with our President you should not ever, ever use those kinds of words tours him or any of our Presidents.

Greetings. I seem to recall from a distant past where we were a freer people that it is not slander to tell the truth, even if the truth is not to the liking of the person addressed by it. Now it is illegal to be honest here. Lies are the accepted and not the frowned upon comments. But if you want to be a American under this government you either shut up and go quietly to the concentration camps like the Jews did in world war 2 or you speak out. I thought it was the American way to speak the truth regardless of the consequences. And I think it is a pretty fair description to call someone responsible for the deaths of over 1 million civilian Iraqi’s a mass murderer. how many must die for the mass part to be acceptable? And according to common law a leader is responsible for the actions carried out under his orders. Obeying orders is not a defense.
