This is what I would like to be for Halloween:

I was going to email her asking her for it, but then I thought of showing it to her. Which do you think would be better? But before I do send/Show it to her I was going to make a list of reasons why I should have it. Reason List’s usually work better.

Show her the pic so that she knows that your halloween outfit is cool and that it isn`t inapprobiate for your age. Just say you want her opinion of what she thinks about it and then come up with reasonable arguments why you just like this outfit.

it would probably be better to tell her in person, that way if she doesnt like it then u can covince her otherwise quickly, without her thinking about it for as long

Wow… you realize that the shipping is ridiculously expensive right? The entire costume would be about $160…
But anyways, I would suggest asking her. In person is always better. And instead of making a reason list just tell her why you think she should get it for you.
