YAHOO MAIL. how does one actually create defined categories of email addresses?

I send out mass emails many times a day. A few people in my address book dont belong on the mass mailers. When i save new contacts… i specify a group… but the names and addresses just end up in my general address book.
I want to create a location with JUST certain names and address. How’s it done?
How do I put rec’d emails into my address book? And how do a mass email to all in it?

I have 110 contacts to send a mass email to. How do I do this without getting the error message that I have exceeded the number of contacts? I have seen people send out mass emails before, but how is it done?! Thank you!!

I have restricted website access at work so I can’t do much, I can’t get Yahoo Instant Messenger either. I have the persons name in my Yahoo address book and the little smiley face nest to there Yahoo ID is lit up and smiling, does that mean they’re online? It’s been like that for quite a few days
I can’t download Yahoo Messenger at work, so I can’t tell that way!! I thought maybe there was something u could click on to tell you if the person was online or not, like with AOL I know you can click on something, I think when you try to send an IM to some1 it will say that person is no longer online if they’re not

I want to set my contacts up in different groups so that when I need to send out a mass email, I can just click on one thing rather than having to click each person’s email in my address book. For example, I need a group for choir, a women’s group, Sunday School class, etc. How do I do that in Yahoo? It never fails when I send out a mass email that I forget someone!
