Emailing pictures to my ATT phone?

I was wondering how I can email from my yahoo email address a picture from my computer to my Samsung SYNC phone from ATT. I’ve tried the MMS address and TXT address from the site and I only received the TXT one, but no other files with the picture. Anyone know the answer to this? And btw I am not concerned with how much it costs. Unless I have to do it online.
Will I get billed extra for emailing pictures on my iPhone?

I have a Verizon Samsung a930, and I tried emailing videos (flix) to myself, but it sends them as some wierd file extension. Does anyone know how to convert these videos or send them online somewhere? I’d appreciate it a lot. Thanks a ton!
Blackberry 8830 I want to send out a mass email for all my contacts to fill out their contact info. Doable?

I want to send out an email to everyone that allows them to fill out all their contact info such as, multiple phone numbers and addresses. Then, once they send it back, it syncs up with your phone and adds the info. Can this be done? How?
It doesn’t necessarily need to be done with the phone. Maybe a website and then you could link your phone to the computer? Some kind of software I guess….
