mass emailing

I have been selling a few things online but when I post an ad, I always get a few people emailing me questions at the same time, both interested. So, originally I just try to be fair and sell to whoever asked first, but what happens if someone wants to buy it right away, and the other one is trying to negotiate? Do I wait for the one to negotiate, and then allow the definite buyer to wait, or do I just go with the first completed deal?

i get emails from foreigners of other countries wanting me to help them by cashing in their checks or ill get email messages saying that they are the late so and so of someone who died and need someone to care of their possessions, and other personal things but then want you to pay for the courier charges or theyll send me an email stating that i won something when I know I really didnt, how do I remove my name from the list so that people cant send anymore of their ype. I got an email requesting me to accept one of these foreigners to be added on my messenger and it said he got my name from the chambers of commerce and trade listing, how do i stop this.. i dont ever remember signing up for anything like this..
