Problem listening online radio station and Sirius online?

All of a sudden last week, I can not listen to Sirius online or local radio stations online. It loads up and says ready and no music is playing.
I did not change anything on my computer. I have all the updated programs and deleted my internet cookies and files. I tried emailing the webmaster for the stations but no help yet.

I’m transferring computers and I need to get mass amounts of photo’s to somewhere accessible (my e-mail) from my new laptop.
Individually attaching each photo to an e-mail isn’t possible… e-mailing them is basically my last resort.

How do those email marketing companies (eg: icontact.com, constantcontact.com) work from a technical standpoint? Do they need multiple servers to prevent messages from bouncing back from the receiving server? I manage my own email list of customers and have trouble emailing them through my own domain because the receiving server say’s we’ve sent too many emails to their domain.
