How do I make my hp pavilion lap top add Yahoo as an email choice when emailing internet pages to people?

When I visit internet web sites and try to email the page, I can’t because I don’t use Outlook Express, Hotmail, Microsoft Office Outlook or MSN Explorer. In my Yahoo internet Tools menu in the Programs file under Internet Options, Yahoo is not listed as an Email choice. How do I add Yahoo to the drop down list?

In an email address, does it matter if its in capitals or not?
Like if i typed in:
X.elves@yahoo
but it actually was:
x.elves@yahoo

i have family all over the place(USA, Italy, Canada to name a few) what is the best emailing website to use as in gmail, yahoo(currently using but have some trouble getting to my family in italy) or hotmail. or another that is not listed.
Is there anyway that I can block certain people from emailing me?

I hav a certain person that keeps emailing me and harrassing me. I there anyway I can block them from doing so. I use yahoo I do not want to change my email address.
I can’t receive emails anymore. Why and how can I fix this?

I’ve tried emailing myself with various email accounts (some Yahoo, others AOL) to test to see if I really wasn’t getting any emails, and sure enough, I don’t have a single email in my inbox. I know I don’t have the option activated where I forward emails to another account so what’s going on? Normally I’d just create another account to use and delete this one, but for reasons I won’t list here, it’d be a royal pain in the **** to do that (and incredibally time consuming.) I’ve ripped apart the Yahoo help area looking for answers but couldn’t find anything so now I’m asking here. Please, I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me solve this problem without making me give up the account.

almost every day when i log into msn i get atleast 10 requests to have people i dont even know try and get me to add them to my list, and all of them have the ending @hotmail.fr, even when i check my hotmail i get strange emails from emails with that same ending (fr) i have opened one and it did not have any advertising in it ,just a couple of paragraphs of words written in another language. what could this be and why wont it go away, i hvae tried emailing them back but i never get a reply.
