I wish I could rent a house in my area to hold a reception/ceremony?

I have been emailing tons of vacation homes I see online, but I haven’t got any positive responses. They are like, we don’t do parties… blah blah blah. I want my ceremony to be for 50 people. Where else do you suggest I look besides craigslist and websites like it.
