i had a large jello like mass expelled from my body during my period, does anyone have know what it could be?

i had gotten the depo vera shot so abot the 3 or 4 day of my period i woke up with this large jello like mass like it was large enough to fill up the palm of my hand. i had no idea what it was and it scared me…so please if anybody knows what it is please please email me!
