Craig’s list offer – Scam or legit?

Hey guys, recently I’ve posted an item for sale on the popular selling site craigslist, and ive gotten many replies that seem to fit the pattern. I’ve posted one of the replies i got. Do you guys think these are legit? or is this another scam? (which i suspect it is).

have intercepted email from someone in my home on our pc to a woman who posted an ad on Craig’s List by emailing her phone #. the someone in my home replied. all i have are the two emails. other than calling the number and speaking to this woman, is there any way to find out what her ad on Craig’s List pertained to?

.com I’ve found quite a few jobs but I’m leery about emailing my resume with my personal information; ph#, address…etc, etc. Has any one used them for job purposes before and what would you recommend? Omitting this information for example. Or can I trust this site. (I’ve bought and sold vehicles thru them but that’s it). Please give me your opinion, thanks.
