How do I stop my former g/f from emailing or seeing me online?

I have my stealth setting set at permanently offline, I have her name on the ‘ignore’ list, and all her email addresses are blocked. I’m still receiving IM’s from her. As of tonight, I received an email from her as well, although it was a card and not from a yahoo site, but it was her email address just the same. I double-checked to make sure I had her email address typed exactly correct..and it was. Yahoo isn’t being of any help; telling me to delete Messenger, and redownload it, which I’ve already done. Then they turn around tell me to put her on ignore, which I’d already done and I’ve told them everything I’ve done. The latest suggestion from them was to simply delete her. I KNOW that doesn’t work. I’m at my wits end with this..and dont’ know what to do apart from closing my email account. I don’t feel I should have to do this when the Yahoo product has failed me. What do I do to prevent my former g/f from contacting me???

You know just someone who i can’t stand that sends annoying emails which I dont even read I just go through and click on delete. But how can I block it all together?
Ya I know how it’s spelled! RE-TARD! You have so many points to not know by now that you can put offensive words in here as long as you change the speeling a little bit. ***!

I keep getting all this unwanted email, and it takes me a lot of time to delete it all. I’m afraid I’ll miss something important and delete everything! I tried to send them an email asking to be removed, but it wouldn’t go through. Please help me!
