Hi — How can I block someone from sending me harassing emails?

A lady who is probably mentally ill is angry at me from a list spat where she was caught posting phony pics and info. I’ve asked her to quit emailing and she won’t. She has collected info on my personal life and has retained pics of my family from the Yahoogroups list, is threatening a law suit, making things up and claims she’s coming to my city and leaves a dot dot dot after that statement. Ideas?
