mass emailing

hi everyone,

I have to send a mass mail to group of people,usually my customers with latest updates or developments that have happened in our firm.

At present I have to send each mail one by one from my outlook.

I know that there is an excel sheet method.Is anyone aware of this or any other free software that can do this in a single click.

I would like to backup my this file by emailing it to myself
So the file is:
C:\Users\Oscar\Documents\work\projectupdate.doc

and i would like to send it to my email address hidden everytime i start. Can i do this whith a .bat file or is there any free software i can use?

I’m trying to teach my students fine art online.

The students will be emailing me the images scanned,
and I would like to talk to them using a headset.

there will be about 8 people per class.

It would be perfect if I can see the kids on a real-time video and be able to talk to them individually through voice chat.

Im with cingular and have a razr. when I plug my phone to my computer via a ubs cable, it recognizes it but can not find any software. I want to transfer MP3 songs to my phone for ring tones. Is there free software available that will allow me to this? I tried emailing the clip to my phone and the email did not contain the attachment.

How do you take your videos from your digital camera and make it to where you can email them? is there any free software i can download, because sending it as an attachment through yahoo mail doesnt work, my friend said something about winzip and i tried it, but just a little too confusing for me. Let me know
