Could I take legal action against someone who wont stop emailing me?

I recently broke up with my girlfriend and now her new boyfriend keeps emailing me after i have told him to stop repeatedly. Is there any legal action i can take? Nothing he has said were any threats, its more of just a nuisance.
How do I email someone that I have been emailing and now it says that my messages can not be delivered?

Ok it all started valentines day weekend. I live in Mass and went to visit my best friend in NY, and his girlfriend of 7 months who I had never met. We decided to order food and watch a movie. During the movie, i got some strange vibes from my friend’s gf (who was sitting in between us), but i figured it was all in my head. After, when I went to get up, she grabbed my chest, as if to keep me sitting. Then they started making out which was a little uncomfortable so i stood up again and she grabbed my hand. I said i had to go to the br and left. The next morning, i confronted her and she said she was lusting for me and when I said I wouldnt do anything behind my friends back, she mentioned that she had cheated on him before.
Following the bros before hoes code, i told him, and he said he knew about the cheating, but not what she said about me. He said she had talked to him earlier about having a threesome, and he said he really didn’t want to, but would if she would have a ********* with him and another girl or something like that.
Anyway, he told me its probably a good idea to ignore her texts, so i have been, but they have been becoming more frequent and she’s been emailing me near ***** photos of her and sending messages on facebook. What should I do?

my girlfriend always try 2 keep in touch with her male friends, the ones she knew b4 me. And some guys at her present job, she also have there numbers in her phone. At my job no female has my number. I dont never give my number out. And i dont have females numbers in my phone. I have caught one of her friends in her house bout 2 years ago. Then last month one of her friends sent a pic of his ***** 2 her email, and he ask her do she miss it? then she did have his number programmed in the home phone contact list. she alos be emailing them all the time. can u all help me out with my probblem?
