How do I copy this image?

It’s an image of a dancing girl in a slide show that was sent in a mass email. How do I copy this image and save it on my hard drive?
I appreciate all answers. All have been very helpful. I like Den B7′s advice best. However, I will take heed to LOGAN’s advice. As cool as the image is, I’ve decided not to copy the image b/c I really don’t trust it. THANKS!
Emailing wav files to my clients takes too long. Does Yahoo have a way to place them on the web?

I do voice-over work for academic studies and I recently found great software that gives me higher quality voice files in WAV format. However, even zipped, these files take about the same amount of time to SEND as they do to PRODUCE. I know that many ISP’s provide a service where you can place files on the web, then give your client a location and password and they can simply drag those files onto their hard drive. Much more efficient! What is this service called? Does Yahoo provide this service? Does it cost?

Need computer purchasing advice; main uses online schooling, web, downloads, digi pics uploads, DVD burning?

I am looking to purchase a new computer to aid me in my schooling and everyday computer activities. I am going to an online university so I need something that’s fast with plenty of room and memory because everything from reading assignments to actual work will be done on the computer. I also am an advid music downloader and web surfer so it needs to be able to keep up.
Will also be doing a lot of pic uploads and emailing to keep in contact with fam far away. Plus need to be able to burn data from my digi hard-drive camcorder to DVD to watch.
I think that about covers it what I mainly use a computer for. I was looking more into desktops because I really have no need for portability and I’m used to desktops. Any suggestions or recomendations of what to look for or purchase would be extremely helpful!
