does anyone know how to find a list of magazines yhat accept a per inquiry or per order arrangement for an ad?

Im trying to sell a cookbook-and have a very limited budget-looking for the best way to get advertising in magazines for cheap-i heard that some will advertise for free if you dropship the orderds for them-and give them a cut-any idea how to find these magazines-i have not had a great response emailing some large magazines directly–thanks for any help
