mass emailing

Anyone know of a way to collaborate and annotate a PDF file preferable online or if not, by emailing back and forth? We use Google Docs a lot but it doesn’t let you add notes or comments to the PDF.

I know you can use Adobe Acrobat, but we really don’t have the budget for that – any free software tools for download out there?

so i stay in malaysia, and recently took a trip to new york for 2 weeks for a friends weddin. i met dis friends brother and we hung out. i’d met him once before, but very casually. however dis time we really bonded and ever since i got back i can think of only him.

while i was there we spent a lot of time 2gether. he used to always drive me around, hold the door open and stuff. if we ever dined with other friends he’d always insist on paying for me as well, despite my protests. we also used to look at each other a lot. but the moment he’d catch me looking at him or i’d catch him lookin at me, we’d look away. so i infer that he is basically a very shy guy. he also told me that he is not interested in a fling but wants to get into a serious relationship with the right girl.

now since i got back he has maintained this radio silence. we dont IM each other or call or text, although v r on each others emailing lists. he texted me once, on my bday and thats all.

so here is my question, does he like me too? or was he just flirting with me when i was there? he didnt sound like the types who just flirt, he seemed to be interested in pursuing a serious relationship. besides he is 29, quite past the flirting age i’d think.
or is he plain not interested? i cant understand the silence! please help!

I’m sure they get a lot of press releases and ignore most of them. Should I paste the text of it into the email and also attach it as an attachment? I’m running a political campaign and will be sending out a press release to all the local media contacts tomorrow. How do I get them to notice it? I’m a student and I read and study a lot in my leisure time; so why do I forget how to write properly when chatting and emailing online?

Has anybody experience a hiring freeze before? I went to a job interview about six months ago. They told me that they liked me a lot and we got into having an interview with the supervisor i was working for and the hiring manager on the same day. They even discussed benefits, salary and where I would be working in the building. After that, they said they were going to give me an offer letter in two weeks.

After one week, the manager said he sent my offer letter to his manager for review. But another week went by and then they said they are stuck in a hiring freeze. I’ve been emailing and getting in touch with them once every three weeks for the past 5 months to see if the hiring freeze has been lifted, but they keep telling me that it is still in effect and told me to hang on and thanked me for being patient.

Do you guys believe I still have a chance for this position? It’s with a large software company. I was so sure that I had the job, that I didn’t look for another job that time (my fault).
