phpBB error – bug help with mass email?

When I try to send a mass email to everybody on my phpBB message board, I get the following error message. Anybody know what this means? How I can fix it easily?
((I am a rookie and know very little code….))
((I just changed webhosts….the mail system appears to work well with everything else on my website. The program worked perfectly on my last webhost)))

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 504 LOGIN mechanism not supported

I work with a lot of women and the office smells kinda fishy (stinky) so I complain by flashing this message?
