How long after emailing someone should you expect a response?
Posted by admin | Filed under Singles Dating
Ok I met this girl at the club this weekend, I asked her for her email hoping she would give me her number. Well after her spelling her email address for me several times I finally got it and we left each other with a kiss on the cheek and a smile on each other’s faces. Well Monday I emailed her, I know she probably is playing hard to get, but how long does it usually take a girl to email a guy back?
Online Dating - is it for real or only play?

Met a really great guy thru an online personals 5 months ago. We met once, I thought it was fantastic yet his emailing certainly slowed down - yet he does flirt and sends kisses thru his notes. Is it typical in this internet world to flirt like this and not take any kind of internet meeting thing seriously? I so fell for him yet found recently he kept his online profile as single and even updates it. So am I foolish or what? Just seeing what I want to see? Should I stop writing him so I don’t get hurt? Neither one of us can make the road trip for another ‘in life’ meeting….so should I stop this now before it hurts more??? (just to add we are both over 35 yrs old and I am so new to online personals - I took myself off the site after the first month of talking)

When should a man delete his online dating account after meeting someone?

I’m just curious. He says he is looking for something long-term and seems genuinely interested in me. We’ve only gone on two dates but talk a lot. I haven’t been on there since I first started emailing him, but out of curiousity today I got online to see what he was up to. He’d logged in two days ago. I’m just wondering what the etiquette is on this.
When I logged onto today I also deleted my account, not because I’m putting all my eggs in one basket. Just that I’ve met a couple people who weren’t what they said they were and there were a lot of ******** on there too. I’m a busy working girl and don’t want to keep up on it anymore.
Online date went bad?

I met this guy online. We had a great date, always laughing and talking nearly non-stop. I haven’t gotten any follow up email back from him since, and he’s been active on the personals website again. I really do like him. I already tried emailing him, commenting on how much I enjoyed our date. Still, no return email. Should I have a reason to be worried?
When you and a guy start emailing back and forth is the beginning you two might be into each other?

This guy I met almost 2 years now. We met only two times in person and then he moved so we kept communications by email. First, I emailed him and he replied always. Then, he sent me notes sporadically, but I felt was more polite. Until, I called him and we heard each others voices that we got more personal.
Now, when I email we start doing this back and forth like almost chatting. It was fun. Can we start to develop something here?
How can you trust your husband when he has lied to you and has been emailing and texting another woman?

My husband and I have known each other for over 3 years, we’ve been married 6 months. We met online. We chatted for over 2 months before we met in person. When we first started dating seriously I assumed he stopped communicating with other women online. Wrong! There is at least one women that he would email back and forth, send pictures back and forth and talk sexual to. I confronted him once when I found an email. He said it wouldn’t happen again. Then just yesterday I was looking at his old cell phone to find an address of a friend and found some text messages from the same women. They were only a month old and its been several months before when I confronted him the first time. He says he is sorry and feels really bad for hurting me, but I just don’t know if I can trust him. I know he loves me, but why isn’t that enough? I’m so confused!
I met this guy online and we having been chatting, emailing for almost 2mos?
Posted by admin | Filed under Singles Dating
When we met online I knew he was moving where I live to attend school, so I figured I could do this long distance thing. Anyway, he is coming here soon and now I’m a bundle of nerves. We have developed a strong connection over the phone, and I worry if it will be the same in person. Any ideas on how to ease my anxiety about meeting someone I have been talking to for 2 mos? I feel like there has been too much build up……..
By the way………..I’ve already got my game plan put together, so this is a safe meeting!
