Some one stole my xbox online, what can i do?

I was making a trade with someone online i was going to send my 360 and they were going to send there ps3. I sent it about 3 days ago. i was suppose to get the ps3 yesturday and i never got it. And i tried emailing the guy but hes not responding. what can i do? My mom is mad at me
if i call the cops and give them the adress can they do anything?

Uhhh idk even know were to start but my dad just said today that he didnt wanna have marital relations with my mom any more and then i went online and found this thing that my mom has been emailing different men and saying she would like to *** with anyone no strings attached but i wash snooping only this is the second time she has done this: the first time she emailed some guy and they just talked about *** but never met so do i leave this alone or do i confront her and idk just help cuz i have ocd and other anixiety problems and this isnt helping THANKS!

She recently discovered email and now she sends me everything about everything! I’m talking about spam!!!! I don’t want to be rude to her but I don’t want her emailing me. She needs email etiquette 101.
Would it be better if I showed this to my mom insead of emailing her?

I was going to email her asking her for it, but then I thought of showing it to her. Which do you think would be better? But before I do send/Show it to her I was going to make a list of reasons why I should have it. Reason List’s usually work better.

before you guys start to comment, like i wrote on my last question my dad is expected cheating and my lil sis messin with a younger man and my mom wants to check it out because my mom cant see wat my dad is doin and his comp is locked away and my mom wants to see whats he doing and we cant get to the comp so emailing is the only way(i think he is cheatin also, sorta almost got caught but not enough for him to get in trouble)……its not for other use im not good with computers for that……..
I wanted to know how it works, i was told that you put the disc in the comp and then u send the program by email and they have to open it…when they open it do they know what program is being downloaded or are they asked to download it, and after that part once its on the comp does it hide itself(can it be removed) and the last question is does a anti virus program keep it from being downloaded….i dont wan
