I’ve listed on ebay before for which I got people emailing me wanting to buy the watch outside of ebay….my question is how is the best to go about protecting myself? and the buyer? I don’t want the buyer to approach me and tell me I sent him a fake when I didn’t…I also want the buyer to be confident that he’s buying a legit, authentic item…..please help. Thanks!

I am a complete newbie at website development, and am looking to launch an online shop by next Monday! I need help adding a page with a simple box where people can enter their emails, and be added to my email list. I see these boxes with buttons next to them that say, join our mailing list! After I design the page, how do I get it to link to an email list? Help quick!! Thank you!
What is the rule for a one-time email blast to previous customers?

Our company has an email list from an event we held last year. The email list was from people who registered online or via faxed form for the event, but we neglected to include an opt-in check box for future emails.
Are we allowed to send a one-time email blast out to those people (with opt-out information in the email) for the same event this year without being considered spammers?
Please provide any links to interstate emailing rules that you can cite. Thank you!
Does it bug you when people hound you for not emailing/calling them back immediately?

My friend is driving me NUTS (and if you see this, P, you know who you are!!!). We email back and forth during the work day, but if I don’t respond to her within an hour she is emailing me like, What are you doing? Why aren’t you writing me? I know you’re online! I see you’ve asked 15 questions in YA! Hahaha. So WHAT?? Asking and answering on YA is more fun and can be done in shorter time increments than writing out some long boring email about what I’m doing this weekend or whatever.

How do I stop United Kingdom people from emailing me saying that if I send up to 300.00 dollars they’ll send me an ATM card already loaded with a lot of money. I already know its Fraud.
Would emailing your state representative actually make a difference? Do they even check their emails?

I know our economy is kind of in the crapper right now and I have a feeling it may turn around but I thought if a lot of people started emailing their representatives about the fact they are fed up with high fuel and food prices do you think it would make a difference?
